Liquidation – Removal of Unwanted FF&E
Outdated and unwanted items can be removed and liquidated in order to make space for newer FF&E. Clancy crews remove items with care and accuracy to gain the maximum amount of recovery value for liquidation.
With a small army of experienced hospitality crews, we can remove a large quantity of furniture and fixtures in a small amount of time. The Clancy fleet of over 100 trucks arrives on schedule and the crews efficiently load them. When we handle the liquidation phase we aim for:
1. Seamless integration into our overall project plan
2. Synergies across multiple phases including the liquidation phase
3. Saving our client the burden of managing a liquidation solution
Since 1921, Clancy has served the Tri-State area with a simple principle: Quality is the most important measure of what we do. This tradition has proven to be the tipping point for a successful and seamless project. When coordinating renovation projects, Clancy project managers pay attention to every detail.
We have a combination of large warehouse space, a large fleet and a large crew of experienced moving professionals to handle thousands of guest-rooms per year. And Clancy teams have years of experience working alongside other contractors and construction crews.
With all the resources available to meet even the most demanding projects, we still add more to our value. We are focused on meeting the goals of our customer. We work with you as a partner and we help you see issues ahead of time before they can affect the project.
