Congratulations Jennifer Storms!

Jennifer Storms is our Customer Service Manager and is a Gold Certified Senior Move Coordinator.  With nearly 18 years of experience, she manages our residential customer service department.  This is her 4th time being named Heart of Quality winner, so it comes as less of a surprise to those that know her well.  Jennifer is a dedicated coordinator who always puts the customer first.

“Heart of Quality” is Highest Honor

United Van Lines sets the bar high with its annual Heart of Quality award, which was created to recognize move coordinators throughout the van line who consistently provide customers with exceptional service.

The annual Heart of Quality award was created to recognize excellence among move coordinators. The move coordinator serves as a key point of contact for the customer and service providers to make the moving experience successful from preparation through final delivery. As an integral part of the moving process, the move coordinator’s role includes keeping the customer informed, being available, advocating, coordinating and consulting on aspects of overall move coordination. The top move coordinators from each van line and size category are recognized for their work during the calendar year. With more than 2,000 coordinators in the agency system, this is certainly the highest honor. Only one award winner and runner-up are awarded for each size category. Our size category contains 33 other agents. To qualify for the HOQ award, each nominee must meet with a minimum number of customer feedback survey returns and a median score of at least 4.43.
