How do you define an ideal customer experience?
The perfect customer experience is one which results in customers becoming advocates for the company, creating referral, retention, and profitable growth.
What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
I see paying attention to detail/communication as the most important process to ensure a happy customer. Staying on top of customer’s files and keeping them informed throughout the duration of their move helps fortify the trust between the client and business.
What do you like most about your occupation?
The versatility of being able to work virtually and having a supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest assets.
What’s your proudest professional achievement to date?
I have many proud moments as a Relocation Consultant for Clancy and it is hard to pinpoint one moment. It is always a great feeling having the ability to help families/customers start new chapters in their lives.
Why should a customer choose Clancy?
There are many different elements which play into a customer making a business decision such as Price, Convenience, Brand, Reputation, and a multitude of other factors. But the one that sticks out to me and my customers is the trust and foundation we develop with the clients. A client that knows their items are going to be treated as if it were our own is the reassurance they need to proceed with Clancy.
