I believe the ideal customer experience is defined as receiving a product or service which performs better than expected, partnered with swift customer service that communicates clearly to comments, concerns, questions, and updates.
What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
I work with all divisions within the Clancy team to make sure our inner communication is clear as well as our communication with our customers. If these two matters are strong, I believe the odds of a successful move or project are exponentially higher because our customer is informed on exactly what to expect and our team is properly prepared for the work which we will complete.
What do you like most about your occupation?
Working with great people that care about what they do.
What is your proudest professional achievement to date?
My proudest achievement is when our company won the prestigious President’s Quality Award which named us the top quality Unigroup agent in the country based off our customer survey results. Winning this award meant so much to me and our company because it took a true team effort. From the initial estimate, the move coordination, the performance of the movers, and everything in between we delivered a 5 star experience more than anyone and that is what we strive to do every day.
