attention. Take the time to check:
Tire Tread: Make sure all tires have sufficient tread.
Lights: check that all lights are working
Brakes: Ensure brakes are properly adjusted, hoses are not worn or cracked and are in good working condition.
Pre-trip inspections should take 15 minutes to complete!
Please report any issues to the shop ASAP.

Important Message Regarding Roadside Inspections
Please note that due to multiple O/O/S violations and infractions at roadside inspections we are currently under investigation by the FMCSA and DOT. Effective immediately, all drivers are required to complete and submit daily logs. Thanks, Chris Reinhardt.
Please leave all logs at 2961 in the dispatch office next to the paperwork drop off. The drop off location at 2963 is in the back office next to the old time card clock or you can leave them with Danielle Mayo in the front office. Thanks for your cooperation!
Seat Belt Safety
Seat belts remain one of the most important aspects in driver protection. Safety belts also help prevent serious damage and injury to others, because buckled drivers are better able control their vehicles in emergencies.
By law, CMV drivers must use safety belts. FMCSA requires that: a CMV which has a seat belt assembly installed at the driver’s seat shall not be driven unless the driver has properly restrained himself/herself with the seat belt assembly.
As the driver it is your responsibility to make sure all passengers are buckled! Accidents happen, buckling up will avoid anyone from being ejected from our vehicle.

Recent Customer Feedback
“If I could give them more than 5-stars I would!!! Incredible experience from start to finish. Mayflower/Murphy Moving and Storage was referred to us by our real estate agent. It was easy to make an appt and Len Coleman was the most helpful moving consultant I met with (and I met with a lot). He had ideas on how to make our move and my life easier AND his quote was lower by a significant amount than the other 4 companies I met with. Lisa Pryzgoda, his office assistant, quickly got us the paperwork we needed for the building and was very easy to communicate with. Then the day of the move came and it could not have gone smoother. Our crew was Matheus, Ander and Melvin. The nicest guys who worked so hard and QUICKLY. They were on time and so easy to work. All of our belongings made it safe and sound in our new home! I cannot recommend this company more highly and say don’t bother meeting any other movers and hire them! You won’t regret it.” –Nicole Flowers, Crew: JCM- Matheus
“just wanted to thank you all for such a great job everyone did for us. Your guys were very professional and efficient, it was a pleasure working with you and look forward to the next heavy job!” –Chanowitz Family Plumbing & Heating, Crew: Eagle Rigging
“I just wanted to drop a note and tell you how happy we were with Steve and his crew. Excellent protection courteous and extremely hard working. Although moving stinks if we do it again we will be back. Not to forget Amanda always a pleasure and helpful in a stressful time. Craig always helpful and prompt.” –Deighan, Crew: Mannix
