As the World Health Organization and The CDC work to get the spread of Covid-19 and The Corona Virus under control, We will monitor the news and implement recommended policies and procedures quickly. We have no way of knowing how long this Temporary threat and disruption will last, so there may be a need to change course several times.
Our strategy is to proceed with a high level of caution. This strategy will involve staggering shifts for certain groups of employees. These staggered shifts are necessary to protect our work force and insure ongoing coverage as required for our customers. While we will experience a temporary “slow down” we are committed to keeping all coworkers working. We will focus on continuous internal improvements, warehouse consolidation and personnel/personal development. We have staffed up and added capacity in preparation of peak season 2020 and we anticipate a very busy Summer. We plan to keep all facilities open and will continue to deliver best in class value to the people and organizations that we serve. We are also optimistic and look forward to the inevitable “rebound effect” we will experience when the news improves. We will be prepared for customers needing to reschedule moves and projects that were temporarily postponed.
